Growth Marketer

We are looking for someone who can help us to build and grow Wideo inbound marketing strategy from the ground up. We are looking for someone who is very self-motivated and versatile … and gets stuff done.

Full time – 100% Remote.

The role:

• Manage the Wideo English-speaking marketing funnel
• Be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new signups for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers.
• Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, videos, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
• Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
• Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
• Establish closed-loop analytics with Customer Development (Sales) team to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

Requirements:

• Advanced English
• At least 1-year experience in:
  • Retargeting
  • Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Email Marketing
  • SEO

• Post-Secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
• Bonus skills: experience in marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Intercom, Mailchimp) to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.

Full-stack Developer

• Develop new functionality and maintain existing systems
• Design, estimate, perform technical feasibility studies, implement and test
